Data stored in your browser

Favorites, recently viewed profiles, local poll choices and an anonymous random voting identifier may be stored in localStorage on your device. Clearing site data removes them.

Analytics and audience demand

ENTANGLED records anonymous first-party interaction events such as profile views, searches, missing searches, ranking modes, creator exploration, shares and image failures. A random browser identifier limits duplicate activity and does not require a name, email or account. Cloudflare Web Analytics or Google Analytics may be enabled later only after this policy and the site configuration are updated.

Global polls

When global voting is enabled, the site sends a triangle ID, choice number and random browser-generated voter identifier to a Cloudflare D1 database. The poll does not require a name, email or account.

External requests

Priority portraits are served from ENTANGLED-controlled local assets. Optional Wikimedia requests are allowed only for exact-title identity matches and approved reusable licenses. Source links may open third-party publications with their own privacy practices.

Advertising

No advertising network is enabled in this release. This policy will be updated before ad or affiliate tracking is introduced.
